Hong Kong’s real estate market has prospered while those around it have stumbled or outright collapsed. Investors from all over the world are eyeing the area, allaying fears that it is experiencing a housing bubble that is about to burst, writes Spencer Anderson.

Shengze township, located in Wujiang city, is the hub of China’s textiles market. However, a drop in exports in 2009 has led to the area rethinking its image, the result of which is a focus on strengthening the ‘Shengze’ brand name by offering higher-value products. Y Y Tang reports.
